Petitioner seeks bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No.564 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-g of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Counsel for the petitioner submits that 140 Kg. Mahua flower has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62650 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.564 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
