JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghaty (Dobhi) P. S. case no. 36/2018 registered under sections 341, 323, 447, 379, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC. Petitioner happens to be own nephew of the informant and written report of the informant does reflect that altercation took place between the parties on account of some petty family feud. Moreover, except section 379 IPC almost all sections are bailable in nature. So far as allegation of snatching of money is concerned, same appears to be superfluous.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63583 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghaty, Gaya in Sherghaty (Dobhi) P. S. case no. 36/2018 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
