The petitioners are in custody since 02.09.2019 in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 347 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioners and the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65583 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Addl. District and Sessions Judgecum-Special judge, Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 347 of 2019.
