The petitioner seeks bail in Delha P. S. Case No 114 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 354(D), 387, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant has performed marriage of his daughter in Patna on 18.4. 2018. Chandan Kumar was driver of the vehicle of the informant. He started sending dirty message to his daughter for which Delha P.S. case no. 27 of 2017 was instituted. He was sent to jail in that case. But after release from jail custody, he came to house of the informant and demanded Rs 5,00,000/- at the point of pistol and gave threat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that present case has been filed due to some dispute with regard to the wage.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.5.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-VII Gaya, in connection with Delha P. S. Case No 114 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
