====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town Thana P.S. Case No.208 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is that in course of patrolling duty by the police, Alto Car bearing Registration No.BR-01BW-5247, which was being driven by the petitioner, was intercepted and on search, 70 bottles, each containing 180 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, were recovered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 22.08.2018.

No.62301 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, District-Samastipur, in connection with Town Thana P.S.
