Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has made the representations (Annexure-P/5 & P/6) to the State Transport Authority i.e., respondent No. 2 herein ventilating her grievance, without going into merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The respondent No. 2 shall consider the representations and pass necessary orders strictly in

Patna High Court CWJC No.15848 of 2024(2) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
