2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 196 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 448, 147 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The accused persons including the petitioner are said to have assaulted the victims and injured them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody since 17.02.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.
