The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63129 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
