2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Agamkua P.S. Case No. 395 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 331(4), 305, 137(2), 142, 143(4), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have kidnapped a small boy. He was subsequently recovered.

4. The name of the petitioner in the case has come in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
