Case No. 299 of 2016 dated 10.06.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is mother-in-law of he informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner. Considering the relationship of the petitioner with the informant and the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today before the learned Court below, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 299 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
