2. The present Civil Review Petition has been filed to recall the order dated 18.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 5405 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not pointed out any error apparent on the face of the record, so as to review our order

Patna High Court C. REV. No.291 of 2023(4) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 dated 18.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 5405 of 2023. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that CWJC No. 5405 of 2023 was disposed of in the light of order dated 13.07.2023 passed in CWJC No. 4617 of 2023.

Faced with these material information, civil review petitioner is stated to have approached the concerned official respondent, namely, Civil Surgeon-cum-Member Secretary, District Health Society, Bhojpur, Ara. The official respondent refused to entertain the petitioner's representation. In such an event, question of entertaining civil review to review our order dated 18.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 5405 of 2023 is not warranted or entertainable.

5. Accordingly, the present civil review petition stands dismissed with cost of Rs. 2,000/-. Cost shall be remitted in the Patna High Court Legal Services Authority.

6. Dismissal of the present civil review petition would not be a hurdle for the petitioner to invoke remedy of filing contempt petition.
