Petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No.01 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. His name has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Ashok Yadav.
Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2018 having clean antecedents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62646 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.01 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
