Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 24.10.2019, the petitioner was allowed privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Goreya Kothi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019, but, inadvertently, in the prayer portion of the petition, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara had been typed in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, due to that reason, in the last paragraph of order dated 24.10.2019, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara has been typed in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

In view of the above, in the last paragraph of order dated 24.10.2019 be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64436 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 Siwan" in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara". The time to surrender of petitioner Santu Kumar Mishra, as per order dated 24.10.2019, is further extended by four weeks from today in connection with Goreya Kothi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

The order dated 24.10.2019 is modified accordingly.
