2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Section 137(2)/96 of the BNS.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. From bare perusal of the statement of the victim under Section 183 of BNSS, it is clear that the petitioner was known to her. In her statement, the victim did not allege

She did not make any allegation or any kind of misdeed against the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody for more than six months.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
