The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 351 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 337, 338, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no specific allegation of any overt act is attributed to them.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur in connection with Rupaspur P.S.
