JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibagh) P.S. Case No. 565 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 365 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is of kidnapping the daughter of informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the girl was recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded, which shows that she has married with Rajesh Yadav and she has not disclosed the name of petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has been in judicial custody since 08.08.2018.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibagh) P.S. Case No. 565 of 2018.
