The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 and 38 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused Ragho Yadav and Sonu Yadav. From the seizure list, it appears that the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle and near the poultry farm of Arjun Yadav. The motorcycle does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner was not caught on the spot. He has been in custody since 07.06.2018.
