2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41, 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 630 liters illicit liquor was recovered from pick-up van.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the vehicle in question. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got two criminal
