Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018 dated 16.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the informant committed suicide because of his having been pressurized into marrying one Poonam Kumari.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are alleged to have exerted pressure on the deceased as well as his father for marrying aforesaid Poonam Kumari for some reason or the

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are only co-villagers of the deceased and his father (informant) and only because the petitioners have participated in the marriage ceremony, they have been saddled with the present allegation. There is nothing on record to indicate that the petitioners have committed any act which would goad any person to commit suicide. This court has also been informed that the father-in-law of the deceased has been granted anticipatory bail by a bench of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
