JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Raniganj P.S.Case No. 97 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation as per FIR is that police found accused persons, including the petitioner moving in suspicious condition and apprehended them and from possession of petitioner one Magazine loaded with two live cartridges was recovered ad from other accused a loaded pistol with two live cartridges was recovered and petitioner is accused in three other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is on bail in a case under Section 414 IPC and other cases also he is on bail and in this case he is in custody for more than six months.

No.69620 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S.Case No. 97 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
