2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 307 and 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S.Case No. 323 of 2023.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioner opened fired at the informant with an intention to kill him, but the informant skipped the attack.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is allegation of firing against the petitioner, but non has suffered any kind of injury.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let

No.71987 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S.Case No. 323 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
