2. This is the 2nd attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 865 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the IPC.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 9388 of 2024 on 09.04.2024.

4. The following order was passed on 09.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 9388 of 2024:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 865 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are mother and son who have killed the paramour of the mother by strangulating him. The dead body was found on the boundary wall of the petitioners. They are in jail since 14.09.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Since the petitioners are involved in the killing of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, these applications stand dismissed."

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.

6. Accordingly, the present application filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail stands rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
