2. The petitioner seeks regular bail, who is in custody in connection with S.T. No. 172 of 2022, arising out of Sono P.S. Case No. 198 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Earlier the petitioner was accorded the privilege of bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 6287 of 2022 vide order dated 24.08.2022. While granting bail, as aforenoted, certain conditions were put by this Court, inter alia, that in the event of default of two consecutive dates without any cogent reason, the bail bonds of the petitioner will liable to be cancelled.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that on account of some miscommunication between the petitioner and his counsel, the petitioner could not appear for two consecutive dates, resulting into cancellation of his bail bonds on 28.06.2023. Subsequent thereto, when the petitioner came to know about the factum of cancellation of his bail bonds, he himself surrendered in the court on 30.07.2024 and now the charges have also been framed on 03.09.2024. The petitioner undertakes that he will abide by the conditions, as has been imposed by this Court.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner had already surrendered in the court on 30.07.2024; now the charges have already been framed; coupled with the undertaking of the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Jamui in connection with S.T. No. 172 of 2022, arising out of Sono P.S. Case No. 198 of 2021, subject to the conditions imposed by this
