2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 164 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 504, 379, 506 and 34 of the IPC.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the father and mother of one Ritik Kumar Yadav, who, as per the allegation, had eloped with the informant's daughter when she had gone for tuition and thereafter did not return home.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners, by referring to paragraph no. 10 of the anticipatory bail application, submits

No.71314 of 2025(2) dt.08-10-2025 2/3 that the victim girl has already returned to her home and in her statement recorded under Sections 180 and 183 of the BNSS, 2023, she has clearly stated that she had gone with Ritik Kumar Yadav out of her own free will and had solemnized marriage with him on 31.05.2024 at Durga Mandir. It is further submitted that nothing incriminating has been stated by her in her said statement, which is part of the case record.
5. On the other hand, learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are the parents of the said Ritik Kumar Yadav, against whom the allegation of taking away the victim girl has been made and further considering that the victim girl has already been recovered, this Court is inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 164 of

No.71314 of 2025(2) dt.08-10-2025 3/3 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 as well as the following conditions:- (i) one of the bailors should be the family member/relative of the petitioners who shall provide official document to show their bona fide;
(ii) the petitioners shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of their bail bond by the Trial Court itself;
(iii) the petitioners shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioners shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds. (Ajit Kumar, J) Prakash/- U
