The petitioner seeks bail in Magadh University P.S. Case No. 145/2013, instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23600/2014 dated 03.09.2014 but she could not surrender within time. Petitioner has been arrested in this case on 24.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64652 of 2018 (2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 145/2013, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
