The petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No. 225/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 30, 38 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 3 litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2018.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
