Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 332 of 2017 registered for the offence under sections 420, 467 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in this case as the complainant wanted to purchase the land of this petitioner. The present complaint case has been filed after 9 years of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has sold his land to one Suresh Prasad by registered sale deed dated 076.08.208, as

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 332 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
