1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rabindra Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21(c), 22(c) and 25 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved this Court for seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 24627 of 2025 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge by an order dated 29.08.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges, against the petitioner, stood framed by an order dated 21.05.2025 but then instruction on the said issue was not given to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending in connection with NDPS Case No. 78 of 2024 arising out of Korha P.S. Case No. 306 of 2024.

7. However, if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release on bail, is trying to delay the trial of the case in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
