The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town(Kalibag) P.S. Case No.565 of 2018 registered under Sections 365 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others kidnapped his minor daughter for the purpose of marriage. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim is a major girl and she was having affairs with the petitioner. Petitioner solemnised marriage with the victim and they got one child from the wedlock. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected only on the ground that victim is a minor girl but it appears that victim is about 18 years old on the date of occurrence and she voluntarily married with the
