Patna High Court L.P.A No.1237 of 2019(3) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 claim of admissions in the College has been agitated by the students before His Excellency, the Governor of Bihar, and therefore, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw this appeal as the students have already approached His Excellency, the Governor of Bihar.

Accordingly, we permit the withdrawal of this appeal without prejudice to the rights of the students to contest their claim before His Excellency, the Governor of Bihar, and the withdrawal of this appeal or the judgement of the learned Single Judge shall not be an impediment in pursuing their remedy.
