The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narayanpur P.S.Case no.18 of 2018 dated 18.2.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is husband. The case is of dowry death. The allegation is of setting his wife on fire. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that information was given by the petitioner and on information the informant turned to the Hospital and during the treatment she died and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case with an ulterior motive.
Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail. It further appears from the FIR that the deceased
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67107 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 has disclosed the informant that petitioner has set her on fire and there is allegation of demand also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
