2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 504, 506 and 307/34 of the IPC and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others had fired at the informant which did not hit him. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of this petitioner has surfaced in this case on the confessional statement of Sonu Kumar. Sonu Kumar was identified in CCTV footage. It is further alleged that in CCTV footage one Dina was also identified. As per the confessional statement of Sonu Kumar, Dina has fired.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It has also been submitted that though the informant has stated that he can identify the miscreants, police has not conducted TIP. Learned counsel has further submitted that save and except the confessional statement of Sonu Kumar, nothing is against the petitioner. Learned counsel has lastly submitted that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in judicial custody since 29.07.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 627 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nalanada, Biharsharif.
