JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State assisted by Sri Birendra Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the informant through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the marriage of informant Soni Kumari @ Mamta Kumari was performed with the petitioner Alok Kumar in the year 2006. On 01.07.2019, her husband Alok Kumar (Petitioner) and her mother-in-law Ram Kanti Devi made attempt to kill her by pressing her neck, but, anyhow, she succeeded to flee away from the house, but they, again, brought her in the house and beaten her. At that time,

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the, admittedly, the petitioner is the husband of the informant and due to petty dispute in the family, the informant lodged the present case with false allegation. The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Danapur in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019.
