The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 548 of 2019, registered under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and specific allegation has been levelled against one Utkarsh Raj @ Amit. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63142 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 548 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
