The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 307, 120B, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b), a, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 39434 of 2019 vide order dated 17.08.2019, Cr. Misc. No. 24503 of 2019 vide order dated 16.04.2019 and Cr. Misc. No.31898 of 2019 vide order dated 14.05.2019. The petitioner is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 13th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018.
