The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one unknown dead body was recovered near a pond, which was identified by the police to be dead body of Upendra Singh on the basis of identity card found at the place of occurrence.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. Co-accused with similar allegation have already been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-2. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2018.
