2. Lastly prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 31.8.2022.

3. Trial court's report dated 10.11.2023 reveals that out of nine prosecution witnesses, seven have been examined and only doctor and IO are to be examined.

4. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. Let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within a year.
