The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is a case and counter case between the parties. Hisua P.S. Case No.83/2018 has been filed by brother of the petitioner against informant and others. There is allegation against the petitioners and others of assaulting the informant with different weapons. The injury report (Annexure-3 series) shows that all the injuries sustained by the informant are not on any vital part of the body. The petitioners are in custody since 18.08.2018.

No.64170 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018.
