JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 Petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in the matter of compassionate appointment. Father of the petitioners died in harness while working as Assistant Teachers on 07.01.2017 and 17.5.2018 respectively.

After death of bread earners, the petitioners have approached for consideration of their case for compassionate appointment. The matter is pending at the level of respondents. Considering the object behind the compassionate
