JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority against the order dated 22.08.2019 passed by the Assistant Inspector of Registration (AIG), Patna Division at Patna in Case No. 125 of 2018. It is further prayed that the said order dated 22.08.2019 be kept under suspension for a period of four weeks in order to enable the petitioner to file appropriate appeal and seek interim orders from the appellate authority.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty and with a further direction that the operation of the aforesaid order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.20406 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 22.08.2019 passed in Case No. 125 of 2018 shall remain suspended for a period of four weeks from today, in order to enable the petitioner to file appeal and seek interim orders from the appellate authority.
