The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 401/34 of the IPC. It is contended that, as per allegation, the petitioner was apprehended by the police at the Raxual railway station as he was planning to steal the articles of the passengers. It is contended that there is no occurrence of pickpicketing etc. Petitioner has only been apprehended on the basis of suspicion and a half broken blade was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further contended that the petitioner has been made accused on his own confessional statement that he was keeping the blade for the purpose of pick-

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM Railway, Betiah at West Champaran in connection with Raxaul Rail P.S. Case No. 07/18. Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in similar nature of case then the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
