2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 125/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/307/147/149/341/323/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, altogether 17 persons are said to have assaulted the deceased and the deceased died. The petitioner is the brother of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case because of earlier dispute of the informant with her family members on account of marriage with the deceased. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the relationship between the petitioner and the deceased, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, II- Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 125/2023.
7. The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
