====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Bijendra Kewat. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that five other cases are also pending against the petitioner as mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is on bail in four of the aforesaid cases. In the instant case, the petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67770 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Nalanda, in connection with Khudaganj P.S.
