The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 413, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that police on secret information apprehended the petitioner along with three other accused persons, sitting on two motorcycles and they could not produce any paper in support of motorcycle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the other accused persons, who have been apprehended by the police, have already been granted bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-2 series. The petitioner is in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64126 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 since 04.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.116 of 2018, G.R. No.1806 of 2018. Both the bailers will be close relative of petitioner.
