The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.116 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.116 of 2018 subject to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64937 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
