2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.219 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 504 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the son of the petitioner had kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for marriage and when the informant went to the house of the petitioner, he abused and also misbehaved with the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to love affairs between the co-accused Amit Kumar and the victim as they want to marry each other and due to fear

The petitioner is in jail custody since 12.08.2024. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and the trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua / Concerned Court in connection with Kudra P.S.
