The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the entire amount of outstanding amount of salary has already stood paid to the petitioner, hence, the order of this Court dated

Patna High Court MJC No.4012 of 2019(4) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 8.5.2019, passed in CWJC No. 10379 of 2019 has stood complied with.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case of any subsisting grievances, the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such other remedies as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 4.
