1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case no. 30 of 2024 registered under sections 188, 290, 385, 387, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-a) of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that his wife was having an illicit relationship with the petitioner no. 1 for the last three years. It is for this reason that both the accused persons kidnapped her. It is further stated that the accused persons demand rangdari of Rs. 2 lakhs and also threatened that they would also kidnap his child if the amount

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations of kidnapping levelled against the petitioners and of demand of rangdari are false and concocted. Referring to the order of the learned Court below it is submitted that the learned trial Court has categorically noted the statement of the alleged victim wherein she categorically states that she was not kidnapped. Learned counsel further referring to the order submits that no arms has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The allegations of the petitioners having an affair with the wife of the informant are false and concocted.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioners in the F.I.R, the material that has transpired in course of investigation as is evident from the order of the learned trial Court and especially the statement of the wife of the informant wherein she has denied the allegations of her being kidnapped by the accused persons together with the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent, it is directed that both the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

Case no. 30 of 2024 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai.
