The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.08.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 54759 of 2019.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the prayer portion of Cr.Misc.No.54759 of 2019, in the cause title the name of the District has wrongly been typed as "Saharsa" in place of "Madhepura". So, same mistake has occurred in the cause title of the District in the order dated 30.08.2019. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the cause title of the order dated 30.08.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.54759 of 2019, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65737 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 name of the District be read as "Madhepura" in place of "Saharsa".

The order dated 30.08.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 54759 of 2019, is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
