1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i). To hold Advocate Association, Mokhtar Khana, Bhawan, situated on a portion of land appertaining to Khata No-286, plot no-11, admeasuring 1Bigha, 8 Kattha, 5 Dhur within the premises of Gopalganj Civil Court, to be heritage building.

(ii). To restrain the respondents from interfering anyway with the existing Mokhtar Khana Bhawan

Patna High Court CWJC No.15519 of 2023(3) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 referred to above either by encroaching upon any portion of the same or by removing or demolishing the same or even constructing new building over the same.

(iii). To hold that the Mokhtar Khana Bhawan to be in existence and to be historical and heritage building were since its existence appropriate arrangements are there for sitting of large numbers of lawyers with the library and the same caters the need of the litigant public who daily come in connection with their cases since 1925 on the basis of lease agreement."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the competent authority of the State Government, for redressal of its aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
